ORDER - Claimant's Unopposed Motion to Stay Civil Forfeiture Proceeding Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 981(g)(2) (Filing No. #11 ) is granted. This case is stayed pending the completion of the related criminal case in Seward County, State v. Ryan O. Edwards, Case No. CR 20-49. Beginning March 11, 2021, and every 90-days thereafter until the related criminal case is complete, Claimant shall file a report regarding the status of the pending criminal case. Within fourteen (14) days of either the dismissal or sentencing in the related criminal case, or earlier if the parties agree, the parties shall file a joint status report advising this Court of their positions on further case progression of this case.
