Defendant Father Flanagan's Boys' Homes Partial Motion to Dismiss (Filing No. #4 ) is granted in part and denied in part. Langford's claims for race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 2000(e) et seq., are dismissed with prejudice.
