Filing 4 MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER reopening 10-1945, etc.; Pltf's letter shall be deemed mis-docketed as a result of Pltf's own erroneous reference to all three matter (10-1630, 10-1945 and 10-2265); this Memorandum Opinion & Order shall be dock eted in 10-1945, and also make a new and seperate enty on the docket, etc.; Pltf shall not make any further submission associated with his challenges raised in the Instant Matter (10-2265); no statement made in this Memorandum Opinion & Order shall b e construed as barring Pltf from raising his challenges(asserted in 10-1630 and 10-1945) by means of filing a new civil complaint, etc,; in the event Pltf elects to submit for filing such new complaint, Pltf's submission shall be accompanied by his filing fee or by a complete in forma pauperis application, etc.; Clerk shall administratively terminate this action, etc. Signed by Judge Faith S.
