The complaint is dismissed as frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. &# 167; 1915(e)(2)(B)(i). Further, plaintiff is ordered to show cause, within 30 days from the date of this Order, why he should not be barred from filing new actions under the in forma pauperis statute without first obtaining the Court's permission. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. The complaint is dismissed as frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. &# 167; 1915(e)(2)(B)(i). Further, plaintiff is ordered to show cause, within 30 days from the date of this Order, why he should not be barred from filing new actions under the in forma pauperis statute without first obtaining the Court's permission.
