ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Whereas an examination of the complaint herein reveals that this case, purportedly removed based upon diversity jurisdiction, does not appear to seek damages above the jurisdictional minimum, plaintiff shall describe its basis for seeking $1,000,000 in punitive damages on the claims asserted herein. Plaintiff shall file a letter consistent with the undersigned's individual rules on or before May 2, 2023.
