MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER granting 19 Motion to Remand to Commissioner of Social Security: The Court hereby ORDERS that Plaintiff's motion for a sentence six remand (Dkt. No. 19) is GRANTED; and the Court further ORDERS that this action be remanded to the Commissioner for further consideration pursuant to sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g); and the Court further ORDERS that the parties' motions for judgment on the pleadings are DENIED as moot; and the Court further ORDERS th at the Clerk of the Court shall close this case; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on the parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
