Filing 17 MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: The Court hereby ORDERS that Magistrate Judge Stewart's February 8, 2017 Report-Recommendation and Order (Dkt. No. 10) is ADOPTED in its entirety; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's motions for in junctive relief (Dkt. Nos. 6, 14) are DENIED; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiffs motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Dkt. No. 16) is DENIED as MOOT; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Stanzione, Low, Scatucco, and Halperin are DISMISSED with prejudice; and the Court further ORDERS that Defendants Stanzione, Low, Scatucco, and Halperin are terminated from this action; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's remaining claims are DISMISSED with leave to amend; and the Court further ORDERS that any amended complaint must be filed within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of this Order; and the Court further ORDERS that if Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint w ithin THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in Defendants' favor and close this case, without any additional action by this Court; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on all parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
