MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: ORDERED that #8 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is granted. ORDERED, that the Section 1983 claims for monetary damages against the Onondaga County Sheriffs Office are DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) and 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. ORDERED, that the Fourteenth Amendment claims against Sanderson, Murphy, and Apple SURVIVE this Court's review and require a response. ORDERED, that the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office is DISMISSED as a defendant. ORDERED, that upon receipt of the documents required for service, the Clerk shall issue summonses and forward them, along with a copy the Complaint, to the United States Marshal for service upon defendants. The Clerk shall forward a copy of the summonses and Complaint by mail to the Onondaga County Attorney's Office, together with a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order.
