Plaintiffs' reply, should they choose to file one, is due by 9:00 a.m. on FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2024. Counsel are respectfully notified that no district judge is currently available to conduct a hearing on this motion on Friday, April 5 (either in-person or remotely), or, indeed, anytime during the week of April 1. If both sides consent to waive that hearing, or to have that hearing conducted (and this motion decided) by U.S. Magistrate Judge Christian F. Hummel, they should immediately so notify the Court in writing. Otherwise the issue of a hearing shall be addressed and resolved by subsequent Text Order.
