TEXT ORDER issued by JUDGE CATHERINE C. EAGLES on 6/11/2021. The plaintiff has filed a paper writing informing the Court he does not wish to settle his cases, which the Clerk has docketed as a motion for a court date. The motion, Doc. 6, is denied, as the plaintiffs case has been dismissed. See Doc. 4. Based on the return addresses on the envelopes of the plaintiffs various paper writings, it appears that the plaintiff has a new address; the Clerk shall send a copy of the May 13, 2021 Order and Judgment, Doc. 4, to the address on the envelope conveying the plaintiffs most recent paper writing, Doc. 6-1. The plaintiff is reminded that it is his duty to advise the Clerk of address changes in any pending case, and that matters seeking court attention must contain the caption of an individual case and be filed in the form of a motion, pleading, brief, or other document authorized by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. ORDER signed by JUDGE CATHERINE C. EAGLES on 5/13/2021; that: 1. In forma pauperis status is GRANTED for the sole purpose of entering this Order. 2. The plaintiff's trust officer SHALL be directed to pay to the Clerk of this Court 20% of all deposits to his account starting with the month of May of 2021, and thereafter each time that the amount in the account exceeds $10.00 until the $350.00 filing fee has been paid. 3. This action is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b) for being frivolous and for failing to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, as well as for seeking monetary relief against defendants who are immune from such relief. The plaintiff's request to attend court, Doc. #3 , is DENIED as moot. 4. The plaintiff, Xavar Tyler, is hereby WARNED that any further frivolous filings in this Court may result in the imposition of a pre-filing review system, an injunction prohibiting the filing of further pleadings without the prior permission of the Court, or other appropriate sanctions, including monetary sanctions.
