ORDER that Petitioner shall have thirty (30) days in which to file an Amended 2255 Motion to Vacate in accordance with this Order. If Petitioner fails to file an Amend 2255 Motion to Vacate within the time limit set by the Court, the Court will proceed on the Motion to Vacate [Doc. 1]. Amended 2255 Motion due by 7/28/2023. If Petitioner chooses to file an Amended 2255 Motion to Vacate, he must explain why it is not moot and procedurally defaulted from 2255 review.
