Filing 79 Order and Decision. The sudden medical emergency doctrine bars Plaintiffs' complaint in negligence, and compels summary judgment in favor of Dart. Plaintiffs' remaining causes of action are derivative of their negligence claim, and are thus also subject to summary judgment.
