OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 37 Motion for Summary Judgment such that Plaintiff's claims for breach of contract, promissory estoppel and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy are DISMISSED; while Plaintiff 's remaining claims for disability discrimination, retaliation, and for violation of Ohio public policy are appropriate for a jury's consideration.
