ORDER DISMISSING defendants John Doe I and John Doe II from this lawsuit without prejudice and GRANTING IN PART 8 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Wenninger and Ernst brought under 42 U.S.C. Section 1 983 (Count I) are DISMISSED with prejudice. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's claims brought under state law (Counts II, III and IV).
