OPINION AND ORDER granting 138 Motion for Summary Judgment on Defendants' Remaining Supplemental Counterclaim. It is hereby ORDERED and DECLARED that: 1. The Akron/Canton market is a Market to be Developed pursuant to the terms of the Reorga nization Agreement, and Plaintiffs were prohibited from issuing a Development Notice for that market from March 20, 2011 through March 10, 2012. 2.
