IT IS RECOMMENDED: (1) That the Government's Motion to Strike Luqman's Claim 15 be DENIED, without prejudice to ren ew should Luqman fail to comply with the separate Order entered this day directing him to supplement his responses to the Special Interrogatories; (2) That Claimant Luqman's motion to dismiss 4 and motion/petition for release of certain property 11 also be DENIED without prejudice to renew.
