REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS - Based on the foregoing, it is RECOMMENDED that: 1. Plaintiffs motion for default judgment (Doc. 41 ) be GRANTED. 2. Plaintiff be awarded a judgment against defendant Defend America, LLC of: a. $500.00 for the viola tion of the TCPA and $200.00 for the violation of state law in relation to the May 6, 2015 call; b. $1,000.00 for violations of the TCPA and $800.00 for violations of state law in relation to the May 13, 2015 call; c.
