Counsel for Petitioner shall file the Discovery Reply within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Additionally, the Court DIRECTS counsel for Petitioner to meet with Petitioner in person. Following that meeting, and within forty-five (45) days of the date of this Order, Counsel shall file a written response to Petitioner's most recent Motion to Remove Counsel 90 , as wel l as the Motion for Leave to Supplement Motion to Remove Counsel. 93 . Counsel shall also provide an update regarding the status of their request to obtain the transcript of the state court hearing on Petitioner's motion to remove counsel in the state case.
