Specifically, the Court denies the Motion (Doc. 48) with respect to all claims against CDC Martins Ferry and CDC Steubenville. The Court grants the Motion (Doc. 48) in all other respects. Accordingly, the Court dismisses with prejudice all claims against CDC Calcutta, CDC Champion Heights, CDC Dennison, CDC Newcomerstown, CDC Shadyside, and Doyle. The Court directs the Clerk to terminate Doyle, CDC Calcutta, CDC Champion Heights, CDC Dennison, CDC Newcomerstown, CDC Shadyside, and the NADG Defendants from this action.
