| Minute Entry and Notation Order: This case came before the Court for a preliminary conference by telephone pursuant to S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 65.1 to discuss Plaintiffs' motion for immediate injunctive relief on 11/12/18 at 11:00 a.m. Daniel Rosenthal and Robert Shank appeared on behalf of Plaintiffs; Evelyn Schonberg appeared on behalf of Defendant. Counsel reached an agreement to maintain the status quo while the parties brief, and the Court decides, a forthcoming motion for preliminary injunction. Counsel shall file a joint pleading documenting their stand-still agreement by 11/16/18. The Court sets the following schedule for resolution of Plaintiffs' forthcoming motion for preliminary injunction: Plaintiffs shall file a motion for preliminary injunction with evidence by 11/21/18; Defendant shall file a memorandum in opposition with evidence by 12/3/18; and Plaintiffs shall file a reply memorandum by 12/7/18. The parties are granted leave to conduct limited discovery on issues relevant to Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction (i.e., Plaintiffs' likelihood of success on the merits on their breach of contract claim and the likelihood of irreparable harm).
