Filing 2 DEFICIENCY ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff pay the full filing fee of $400.00 or submit an application and affidavit to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days of the date of this Order. The complaint shall not be deemed as "filed" in this action until the appropriate filing fee is paid or plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If plaintiff fails to pay the filing fee or to submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis within this time limit, the complaint may be dismissed. The Clerk of Court of the United States District Court is DIRECTED to submit an Application and Affidavit to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees form to plaintiff. Plaintiff is also ORDERED to submit a copy of the complaint, a summons form, and a United States Marshal form for each of the defendants named in this lawsuit within 30 days of the date of this Order.
