IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: 1. WITHIN thirty (30) days of receipt of this Order and Report and Recommendation, plaintiff shall submit a completed summons and United States Marshal Form for defendant Eaches so that the complaint may be served in this case. 2. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to provide the plaintiff with a summons and United States Marshal Form for this purpose. Upon receipt of the completed summons and United States Marshal Form, the Court shall order service of process by the United States Marshal in this case. ( Objections to R&R due by 4/11/2019).
