Civ. P. 21. 2. The complaint be DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), with the exception of plaintiff's claims against defendants Jean Smith and Nurse Bah. 3. The Court certify pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that for the foregoing reasons an appeal of any Order adopting this Report and Recommendation would not be taken in good faith, and therefore, deny plaintiff leave to appeal informa pauperis. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: Plaintiff, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, submit a completed summons and U.S. Marshal form for service on defendants Jean Smith and Nurse Bah.( Objections to R&R due by 6/27/2019).
