ORDER granting #10 Joint Motion to Stay Case Deadlines, Including Answer Deadlines for Purposes of Mediation. The Court hereby STAYS this action until 11/18/2019 to allow the parties to explore possible resolution of this matter by way of an alternative dispute resolution process. This stay shall further allow Defendants to seek a nunc pro tunc extension of any answer deadline which may have previously elapsed, should mediation not be successful. The parties are hereby ORDERED, no later than 11/18/2019, to prepare and jointly file a report advising the Court of the status of settlement discussions and outcome of the mediation. Additionally, if a settlement in principle has been reached, the parties shall provide a schedule for the presentation of the settlement to the Court for its approval.
