Minute Order. Proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Stephanie K. Bowman on 10/14/2021. Telephone conference held. Plaintiff Denise Thurmond appeared pro se. Attorneys Ronald Linville and Lauren Larrick appeared on behalf of Defendant. Defendant is hereby ordered to immediately serve Plaintiff by email with all discovery requests previously served upon the Plaintiff. Plaintiff is ordered to respond to Defendant's discovery requests by 10/28/2021 and serve Defendant's counsel by both return email and first class mail at the address provided to Plaintiff by counsel for Defendant. Plaintiff shall also retain a copy of all completed discovery responses for her personal records. The parties shall file a written report outlining the status of discovery, either jointly or individually, no later than 11/5/2021. The Court advised the parties that it intends on leaving Defendant's second motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute #32 pending on the Court's docket, pending outcome of Plaintiff's compliance with the Court's order. In light of this, Defendant's motion for leave to file reply memorandum in support of motion to dismiss out of time #34 is GRANTED.
