Date Filed Document Text
November 2, 2020 Opinion or Order NOTATION ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC's #12 Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer. Plaintiff and Defendant Equifax previously entered into a stipulation, permitted pursuant to S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 6.1(a), to allow Defendant Equifax an additional twenty-one (21) days to answer, move or otherwise plead in response to Plaintiff's Complaint. (See Doc. 11). Defendant Equifax's current motion does not state why an additional twenty-one (21)-day extension is needed, nor does it indicate whether Plaintiff was consulted as required by S.D. Oho Civ. R. 7.3(a). Nonetheless, out of an abundance of caution the Court will GRANT Defendant Equifax's #12 Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer. Defendant Equifax shall answer, move or otherwise plead in response to Plaintiff's Complaint on or before 11/19/2020. Signed by Judge Michael R. Barrett on 11/2/2020. (ba)
