The undersigned district judge's Standing Order Regarding Procedures in Civil Cases, Section III.A.4, provides that memoranda in support of any motion in this Court "shall not exceed twenty (20) pages without first obtaining leave of Court. A motion for leave must set forth the number of pages sought and the reasons why additional pages are required. The Court will strike any motion that exceeds the page limit."
