IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. The above-captioned case is temporarily stayed; all deadlines and proceedings are suspended (including the Answer and response to Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order); and the preliminary injunction hearing currently set for January 11, 2021 is vacated.
