ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL (Doc. #9 ): Pursuant to S.D. Ohio Civil Rule 83.4(c)(2), and for good cause shown, the Motion (Doc. #9 ) is hereby GRANTED. It is ORDERED that Mr. Bruce and The Spitz Law Firm are relieved as attorney of record for Plaintiff Scott Alexander. Within one week of this Order, Mr. Bruce must file a notice in the Court's docket indicating that he has served a copy of this Order on Plaintiff and the date of that service. Within 30 days of this Order, Plaintiff's new counsel must enter an appearance in this case or Plaintiff must notify the Court that she intends to proceed pro se.
