Filing 8 ORDER re Plaintiff's Response to Order to Show Cause of 4/13/2021 #7 . Having reviewed this matter, the Court finds that Plaintiff has complied with the provisions of the Order to Show Cause insofar as responding to the Order. Accordingly, the Court hereby RESCINDS the Order #6 . However, Plaintiff's response essentially does nothing more than restate the claims alleged against the Defendants in his Complaint. Plaintiff's response fails to specifically address the arguments contained in Defendants' motion to dismiss #5 . Therefore, the Court finds it appropriate to afford Plaintiff one final opportunity to respond to Defendants motion before considering the matter. Accordingly, Plaintiff is hereby GRANTED a final 30 day extension of time from the date of this Order in which to file formal opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss #5 . Plaintiff shall file his opposition no later than 6/4/2021. No further extensions of time shall be granted. Failure to file opposition to Defendants' motion shall result in a Report and Recommendation to the District Judge that the Defendants' motion to dismiss #5 be granted.
