Notation Order: This matter is before the Court on the Magistrate Judge's #4 Supplemental Report and Recommendation (R&R) and initial #2 R&R. In brief, in both of those R&Rs, the Magistrate Judge recommended that the Court order that Plaintiff's #1 motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis be denied. Plaintiff has now paid the filing fee in this matter. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's #1 motion to proceed in forma pauperis and the Magistrate Judge's #4 Supplemental R&R and initial #2 R&R are each DENIED as moot. For ease of reference, it is further RECOMMENDED that the Clerk of Court be DIRECTED to forward a copy of any Order adopting this Report and Recommendation to the cashier at HCJC and to the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.
