June 23, 2021 Opinion or Order Notation Order: This civil action is before the Court on Plaintiff's voicemail to Chambers, seeking clarity on Plaintiff's deadline to reply to Defendants' response in opposition to Plaintiff's motion to remand. Based on the parties' agreed three-day schedule per brief, the Court ordered an expedited briefing schedule on Plaintiff's motion to remand (6/14/2021 Minute Entry and Notation Order). Although Defendants' response was due 6/20/2021 pursuant to that Order, Defendants filed their response in opposition on 6/21/2021, presumably because 6/20/2021 was a Sunday. Reply due on or before 6/25/2021. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Timothy S. Black on 6/23/2021. (rrs)
