ORDER REGARDING NON-COMPLIANCE WITH S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 5.1(c): This matter is before the Court pursuant to the #3 Clerk's Office notice of noncompliance with S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 5.1(c) filed on August 18, 2022. After further review, the Court finds that, while the Complaint (Doc. #1 ) is text searchable, the attached exhibit is not in compliance with S.D. Ohio Civ.
