Alternatively, the Warden is ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS of the date of this Order why the Prison Cashier has refused and continues to refuse to process Plaintiff's request. Once received from the prison cashier, Plaintiff must file a single copy of his certified trust fund account statement in Case No. 2:22-cv-3364 WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff does not wish to proceed with one or more of his cases, he may file a notice of voluntary dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A), identifying by case number which case(s) he would like to dismiss, WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of this Order.
