Filing 7 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: This matter is before the Court on a sua sponte review of the filings. On November 10, 2022, Defendant removed this action from the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. The notice of removal represents that it was served on November 10, 2022. (Notice of Removal, Doc. #1 , Pg. ID 1 and Paragraph 3.) A subsequently filed notice, however, suggests that Defendant was served on August 15, 2022. (Notice of Service of Complaint, Doc. #4 .) That filing also contains a certified mail receipt. (Id.) This inconsistency needs to be resolved. The date Defendant was served implicates, at least, the answer deadline. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 81(c).
