Without conceding that Defendant Aaron Coders customers were limited to the following, and for purposes of this stipulation only, Defendant Aaron Coder agrees not to solicit business from or do business with, and will not direct, assist, or induce others, including those at IGT, to solicit business from or do business with the following customers: Nestle Purina Petcare, Alsip MiniMill, Commercial Metals Company, and International Precision Components Corporation. 2. Defendant Aaron Coder agrees not to use, share, or access any of FSLs non-public or proprietary information of or about FSL or its affiliates, their respective products, licensors, suppliers or customers, including information regarding its inventions, methodologies, processes,. tools, computer programs and documentation, manufacturing and application information, business strategies, financial information, forecasts, personnel information, customer lists or other customer information, trade secrets, new product developments, market information and advertising, business and marketing plans relating to FSL and its affiliates and any other nonpublic information, whether in writing or otherwise, which Coder knows or had or has reason to know FSL would like to treat as confidential for any purpose, such as maintaining a competitive advantage or avoiding undesirable publicity (Confidential Information). 3. This stand-still agreement expires on September 1, 2023. 4. The deadline for Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is extended until September 6, 2023. Signed by Judge Jeffery P.
