April 10, 2024 Opinion or Order NOTATION ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Extension of Time in Which to Answer, Move or Otherwise Plead to Plaintiff's Complaint and in Which to Respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Restraining Order (doc. #15 ), to which Plaintiff is opposed. Having reviewed this matter, the Court finds Defendant's motion well taken. The Court notes that this is Defendant's first requested extension and that counsel complied with S. D. Ohio Civ. R. 7.3(a) prior to the filing of the motion in an attempt to obtain Plaintiff's consent to the requested extension. Accordingly, Defendant's motion (doc. #15 ) is hereby GRANTED. Defendant shall have an extension of time through and including 4/22/2024 in which to both answer, move or otherwise plead to Plaintiff's Complaint and to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Restraining Order (doc. #13 ).
