OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's 17 Motion to Compel Discovery and Toll the 120 Days in Which to Serve Defendants Inmated #1 and #2 is DENIED. Plaintiff's 21 Motion to Deny or Put Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment in Abeyance P ending Discovery and to Obtain Affidavits is DENIED.
