The Clerk is directed to terminate Defendants Stinchcomb, Murphy and Breckenridge from this action. Plaintiff's claims against Timothy J. Shriner and Jim Shriner remain pending. Within their Motion for Summary Judgment, the moving also requested an award of reasonable attorney's fees. The Court will not award such relief at this time.
