ORDER granting in part and denying in part 21 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. The Court finds that Plaintiff sufficiently pled damages at this stage. Accordingly, Defendants Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is DENIED with respect to Plai ntiffs claims under RESPA. Plaintiff has failed to state a plausible claim under the FDCPA.
