Richard, and Deputy Warden Welch be DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 191 5(e)(2)(B) and 1915A. It is FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's conspiracy claim and claim based on the filing of a false work evaluation, standing alone, asserted against Defendant Zamvir Zariwala be DISMISSED, but that Plaintiff be permitte d to proceed with his remaining claims against Defendant Zariwala.
