Filing 2 ORDER - Plaintiffs claims regarding his allegations of the denial of medical treatment at Pickaway Correctional Institution should be severed from this case and transferred to the Eastern Division of this Court at Columbus. To effectuate this Order, the Clerk shall open a new case in the Eastern Division and shall file all the documents of record that have been filed thus far in this case in the new case; REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS - IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: (1) With respect to Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis on the claims properly venued in the Western Division, Plaintiff be ordered to pay the full $400 fee ($350 filing fee plus $50 administrative fee) required to commence this action within 30 days, and that Plaintiff be notified that his failure to pay the full $400 fee within 30 days will result in the dismissal of his action; (2) The Court certify pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that an appeal of any Order adopting this Report and Recommendation would not be taken in good faith.
