It is RECOMMENDED that the Court DISMISS the remaining claims, including the claims for monetary damages against the Defendants in their official capacities, the claims against ODRC Director Chambers Smith, SOCF Warden Erdos, and RCI Warden Morgan, and the institutional grievance procedure claim. It is FURTHER RECOMMENDED that any appeal by Plaintiff would not be taken in good faith and that he may not proceed in forma pauperis on appeal. Objections to R&R due by 2/23/2022.
