The Amended Petition must be submitted WITHIN THIRTY DAYS of the date of this Second Deficiency Order. Petitioner is ADVISED that failure to comply with this Second Deficiency Order will result in the dismissal of this action for want of prosecution and/or failure to comply with the Court's orders.Finally, Petitioner is again DIRECTED not to submit further documents in this case with a decorative border around the top margin, as it obscures the Court's filing information.
