Plaintiffs claims in the complaint be DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), with the exception of plaintiffs Eighth Amendment excessive force claims against defendants Freeman and Bishop. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: 1. Plaintiff shall, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, submit completed summons and U.S. Marshal forms for service on defendants Freeman and Bishop. Once the Court receives the requested summons and U.S. Marshal forms, the Court will order service of process by the U.S. Marshal.2.
