Objections to R&R due by 4/9/2024. Plaintiff may PROCEED at this juncture on his claims in the Complaint against Defendants Moritz and Johnson under the Second, Fourth, and Sixth Amendments. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to provide Plaintiff with summons and United States Marshal forms, as well as a copy of the Pro Se Handbook.
