R. 82.1 and 28 U.S.C. 1406(a) and 1404(a), the Clerk of Courts is DIRECTED TO TRANSFER this case to the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division at Columbus, for all further proceedings. Upon transfer to the Columbus location of court, the case shall remain with the undersigned Magistrate Judge with a resident District Court Judge of the Columbus location of court to be assigned.
