CONSOLIDATION ORDER - Upon examination, the undersigned finds that Case No. 2:24-cv-3209 and this case both raise habeas corpus claims under 28 U.S.C. 2241 for allegedly unlawful pretrial detention in felony cases pending before the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Under those circumstances, it is appropriate to consolidate these two cases because they present common issues of law and fact. As is the usual practice in this Court, the cases are consolidated under the lower case number, 2:24-cv-3209, and Case No. 2:24-cv-3649 is to be closed on the docket.
