ORDER: The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's request for the United States Marshal to effect service of process on Defendant Cool and GRANTS Plaintiff's request for an extension of time to complete said service. (ECF Nos. 16, 17, 18.) Plaintiff may have until June 15, 2026, to complete service on Defendant Cool. The Court notes that Defendants Miller and RCI have indicated that the OAG will not accept service on behalf of Defendant Cool in his individual capacity.
