ORDER granting #1 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and ordering the collection of the full filing fee of $350 in accordance with the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) and the terms set forth in this Order. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff and the prison cashiers office. The next step in this case is an initial screening of Plaintiff's Complaint, which is required because Plaintiff is a prisoner seeking "redress from a governmental entity or officer or employee of a governmental entity," and is proceeding in forma pauperis. 28 U.S.C. 1915A(a); 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2). The Undersigned will conduct this initial screening as soon as practicable. The Court will then enter an appropriate order and, if appropriate, direct service of the Complaint and summons on Defendants. Additionally, before the Court are multiple motions filed by Plaintiff. See Docs. #6 ; #10 ; #11 ; #12 ; #15 ; #16 ; #19 ; #20 ; #21 ; #22 ; #23 . The Court will consider Plaintiff's pending motions after, or along with, the initial screening. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to stop filing motions and documents in this case unless an emergency is indicated or he is notifying the Court of a change in his address, until after the Complaint has been screened. Plaintiff is reminded to keep this Court informed of Plaintiff's current address, and promptly file a Notice of New Address if Plaintiff is released or transferred.
